"Yasuragi is a Japanese word that describes the gentle feeling of Inner Peace. Your heart is at ease, calm and harmony with yourself. Like a flower opens, Yasuragi opens your heart, body and soul. It is the fountain of love, compassion and joy."
Yasuragi Retreat is a 2 hours of inner peace, away form the daily hustle & bustle. With Japanese rituals of Tea Ceremony, Tea tasting, meditation and Calligraphy, you will be guided by Azumi, and experience purification and healing. You will become the "inner peace" with empty mind, and clear energy, in the buddhism term, a space of emptiness, "void", where the inspiration flows in. You will also learn how to incorporate this practice in a magical way into your everyday life and business.
Available for a private or a small group session (max. 4)
Yasuragi Retreat is hosted at Japanese SALON, in an old Dutch villa in Bussum with timeless Japanese elegance.
Bookings available on Friday and Sunday afternoons.

Greeting each other with a cup of welcome tea. Learn about ICHI GO ICHIE to embrace the moment.
Followed by guided gentle calming meditation. Empty your mind, listen to your inner feeling and ready for the tea ceremony.

Now you are ready to participate in the ritual of Japanese tea ceremony. See,Taste, Smell, Touch, Hear... Your five senses are activated in full and experience the moment of bliss.

Time to connect and express with Japanese Calligraphy meditation. You will be guided to make the symbol that represents your current energy and feeling with self healing power.
