Break free from the whirlwind of stress and discover inner peace with Guided Meditation and Japanese Calligraphy, a unique fusion of tranquility and cultural richness.
Led by Azumi Uchitani, a Japanese artist, writer, and Mindfulness teacher, during her exhibition in New York, embark on a serene journey toward inner calm and wisdom, drawing from ancient Japanese principles.
In this session, in a small group with individual attention, we'll focus on four principles for life, Harmony 和, Respect敬, Purification清, Stillness寂, taught by the 16th-century philosopher Sen No Rikyu, offers profound wisdom from his teachings in the Way of Tea.
Engage in focused meditation intertwined with expressive calligraphy strokes, uncovering harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
No experience required! all materials provided!
Create a Japanese symbol in Sumi ink on paper to take home.
